MY MISSION
Your health is a process—not a fixed destination. I offer time, space, and curiosity to support that process with care that is grounded, flexible, and centered on your needs.
My role is to listen carefully, educate thoughtfully, and guide you through the often-overwhelming world of wellness. Drawing on both modern evidence-base science, standards of care, and naturopathic philosophy, I help you find clear, sustainable strategies that work in your real life.
There’s no single “right” way—just the path that aligns with your values, goals, and capacity. Together, we’ll sift through the noise and build a plan that helps you feel empowered, understood, and supported.
WHAT SETS ME APART
Collaborative, Comprehensive Care
With training in both naturopathic and conventional settings—including two years of residency—I bring a “both/and” approach to care. I’ve built a strong referral network of specialists and value a true team model that supports your full health picture.
Trauma-Informed & Nervous System Aware
I recognize how stress and lived experiences shape health. My trauma-informed care is especially supportive for neurodivergent and highly sensitive individuals, with attention to emotional safety, sensory needs, and nervous system regulation.Time, Space, and Deep Listening
In a culture that rushes to quick fixes, I offer something rare: time to listen, space to reflect, and a genuine curiosity about your story. Health is a journey—and I’m here to walk it with you.

“If you’re looking for a personable, compassionate, smart doctor, Dr. Jessica Hancock is it. She spends time with me unlike any other doctor I’ve seen. She is not just a medical support but is an emotional one as well. She listens, cares, and has wisdom from both a naturopathic side and a conventional medicine side. ”
