Dr. Hancock obtained her doctorate of naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University.  She holds a BS with honors in Biology from West Virginia University.  Prior to attending naturopathic medical school, she spent several years working as a forest ecologist and obtained a MS in Forest Science.  Her love of the natural world combined with her empathic nature, strong desire to serve others, and curiosity about holistic approaches to healing drew her to the profession of Naturopathic Medicine.

After fulfilling her doctorate, Dr. Hancock completed two years of residency training.  This included a year in an integrative medicine residency at Natural Medicine Plus and Urgent Care Plus in Helena, MT.  During this year,  she worked closely with both naturopathic and conventional providers and had the opportunity to do rotations in dermatology, family medicine, gynecology, rheumatology, psychiatry, and urgent care.   Her second year of residency at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Seattle, WA continued to advance her training in primary care and naturopathic practice and Dr. Hancock continues to work as adjunct faculty at BCNH supervising students on mind body shifts.

In her spare time, Dr. Hancock loves to explore the outdoors and soak up the healing power of nature.  She is a voracious reader and loves to also spend time at home with her partner Jason, working in the garden and preparing yummy meals.
